The "Idol Union" is reportedly set to launch in South Korea by next year.

A so-called 'Idol Union' (a union for popular culture and arts workers, including idols) aimed at protecting the rights and interests of popular culture and arts workers, including idols, is expected to be launched as early as this year. 

The union plans to focus on improving the working environment for idols and strengthening the system for psychological and human rights protection after its launch.
